Schillaci, Anastasi and Francesco Coco are the ones I can think of... but none currently.
By the way, both Schillaci and Anastasi also played for Juve...

If you mean born in Sicily at the moment none is in the Italian National Football team.
Schillaci, born in Sicily, has finished his career longtime ago.
The other 3 listed by previous answerers are not Sicilian even if they're playing (Diana and Zaccardo) or have played (Toni) for a Sicilian team (Palermo).
Btw Zaccardo and Toni are from Emilia-Romagna while Diana is from Lombardia region.
