Draw a square of three CH2's and one CH-. At the CH-, draw -CHOH. To the CH of -CHOH, draw -CH2CH3.

well 1 just numbers where the carbon starts or has substituents (add ons).

cyclo - completely enclosed like a ring
butyl - has 4 carbons

prop- 3 carbons
an - signifies that all the carbon-carbon bonds are single
ol - indicates an alcohol functional group
