First and only bone I ever broke was two years ago...

I was 53 and had been riding my bike for 30 years without a problem.

I hit a pothole in the parking lot at work and flipped my Harley and broke an ankle.

g-day!

Yep. I was 10 and standing on a swing, I went flying off, landed on my head and broke my neck. The thing was I got up and walked, not realising the damage. It wasn't until we got to hospital we realised how lucky I was, I hated the bl00dy neck brace though, I was the circus freak of the summer. Although I developed back problems at 14, because of the accident, even through the pain I count myself as blessed, as I'm still walking and have 2 beautiful children.

I have never broken a bone but the whole week my ankle was hurting but I ran on it anyway and then one morning when I was running it felt like I had snapped my bone in half. I was screaming and crying and swearing. I was on my tred mill in my own home so when my mom heard me she knew what happened. I was so mad and it hurt. I was off of it for a whole month. I have wear ankle braces when I run now. I strained it which is not a break.

I broke my left wrist n the 6th grade (green stick)... we were runing backwards in gym class and I tripped over my own feet and landed on my hand with enough pressure that I broke my wrist. Also had a stress fracture in my left foot while I was in 11th grade.

Never. :) I did have a rare condition wear my hip was not working with my legs properly and so I couldn't walk on it for a week. It was some virus. started iwth an R. And So they said I could get it anytime. I could get it one day, and not get it the next day. I had crutches too, i hated them, like the first day i'm like " people will notice me!" And i thoguht it was cool. 2nd day, couldn't get up and down the stairs. And one time fell. 3rd day, DESPISED THEM. So. yeah :)

i broke my toe, going up the stairs about 2 years ago.it was bloody agony.now its kinda deformed and fat compared to the other.your foot will get its normal shape back after a couple of months of use, its just because the muscle has not been used for a wile.if you exercise it then it will form its original shape faster. good luck hope your foot feels betta soon.

A year ago, i slipped on the stair, breaking my tailbone. The pain was unbelivable, not even the painkillers reached the pain. It took roughly 8 months to overcome the pain. Mind you, i still feel it.
