I`m not sure I understand completely. I do think my mind exists on two basic levels though. On one hand I think about the physics of my mind and everyday life. This is linked to my emotions and ability to interact with others on an emotionaly intelectual level. dealing with every day things I know there are helpful and unhelpful thoughts, both produce different results with regard to the physical, every day things and how I interact with others.
This often involves clarifying perametres and boundries with others. Checking stuff out. There normally are only limted soulutions to the everyday enquiries, definitive answers.
On the other level though there are many possible solutions to any given point of view. I have often thought, one route to be the possible answer only to be challenged ( in a positive way) by the view point of another. I could use the old ` I think therefor I am` this definines ones existence as being but in its self doesn`t give reflection on where or why I am in existence. In exploration of this statement then my mind has the opertunity to develop and grow in terms of reason and thawt (forgive the spelling hee hee ) as oposed to basic mechanics. Well this is my view and I can be very deep on somethings, I`m always open to new thoughts and ideas of course

meditation and yoga. one is thought only and the other involves physical excercise as well. a third way is through quantum foam. at the subatomic level, you can change the place in time that you occupy so leaving you in a different state of mind completley.

Hello Rena, I put into practise cognitive thinking.Changing my negative thoughts with positive ones.Which help me cope with my heavy issues. And the other practise is mediation.Becoming in,tuned within oneself,Producing calm relaxation,And strengthening oneself immune system, against bad thoughts.Keeping the thoughts contained in special designed chambers, within the mind.Under control. These practises keep a energy layer, inner and outer coating revitalised.

You have to demonstrate the assertion (likely false) before we can even respond.
My mind is a metaphysical object that each of us constructs in reality. When you ask someone where their mind is, they typically will suggest the physical object of the brain.
I can make my mind disappear by not thinking. So the object can exist and not exist simultaneoulsy. When you were busy with some task earlier today -- where did your mind go, what happened to it?

As far as I am concerned there are five senses with which you can 'touch' your mind
because everything out there that your senses perceive is your mind or you wouldnt be creating it out of the chemical electrical signal chaos that your senses feed into your brain
If I hadnt seen other questions by you, I would have just passed this one by figuring the questioner just wanted someone to say drugs and sex

I am my mind, should I touch my self.
