Myth making up... i have a question.. please help?

ok so i have to make up a myth bout nature its hmwk but some ideas are needed
the idea i chose was how hail was made
this is my idea
there was a god in the sky with a cold heart and when he yelled his word turned into pieces of ice called hails
,so what should the God of the sky be called?
and what more can i have

Here's an idea, just off the top of my head.

There was a god with a cold heart named Arcticus who lived in the sky. Whenever he got angry and yelled, his cold, angry hails would turn to ice and fall.

Do weather related things or perhaps other well known gods having to do with that. Combine words like hail, ice,Trtion, Neptune.

Nepton?
Tunice?
Hiceon?

*also, i think when he yelled, the blocks of ice should be called 'hail' because he told everyone to HAIL to him or else he would drop little blocks of ice on them. ;-)
