you get priority seats on the bus & people always hold the door for you, plus, if someone annoys you, you can "accidently" roll over their foot with your wheelchair :)

I've been in a chair for over thirty years, there are NO perks to being in a wheelchair!!! Everyone I know would give their left nut to be mobile and walking again!!! Don't get me wrong, being in a chair is not too bad in fact it's quite tolerable at times. Oh and all of those great concert and sports tickets, their anywhere from double to triple the cost of a regular ticket!!!

Ummm... Why do you want to know? I think this is a pretty stupid question. oh, and I don't think y'all should "LOL" or laugh about this... I'm not trying to be like bossy or whatever, I just don't think it's polite. It can be really offensive. I guess that once you got over the fact of why you were in the wheelchair you could have fun with it. Maybe.

Toned upper body, downhill chair racing (sounds fun, kinda dangerous though), never having to worry about not getting a good seat at a concert!

It might be fun if you had one of those power scooters. Then I'd just zip around everywhere. Or if I had a regular wheelchair, I'd try to pop wheelies. :D

not that I would trade my mobility, but people in wheelchairs always get to meet the stars at concerts- they get seats up front and the star always comes over to talk or sing to them, etc.

I'm sure that they would give anything to walk again, even if they are getting treated better, get better parking spots etc.
