I'm suspecting that nobody on P&S is familiar with this example of juxtaposition... Please prove me wrong!

Sorry, I've never heard of that phrase, so I'm not even gonna try to fill in the blank.
(I tried a phrase or two on here that I DO know and nobody seemed to have heard of them either - one was from Seinfield even - so don't feel bad.)
