The more ply it is, the more absorb ant it will be. Try tissues 1ply,--you may as well use your hand, because that's where it will be.
2ply it will be better, but 1 blow is all you get.
3ply is like having a handkerchief, so much better. Take the test, you'll see

I just buy Bounty and they work extremely well and hold up to big jobs. I would stay away from the cheaper priced towels and I also found that towels that have color patterns on them bleed onto carpets or fabrics if you have to damp clean up a spill. Bounty in plain white and I use the select-a-size. The smaller sheets are great for small clean ups without wasting an entire towel. A friend of mine though also swears by Brawny. Try a few and see what works for you.

Yes, 2 ply paper towels are best to use. I always buy a brand name, such as Bounty. The generic kind are so thin & non absorbant. Such a waste of money. :(

the more ply the better and more absorbant..i use the cheap 1's and they also work just fine...exspecially on glass..
