Stop trying to avoid her. Just be nice to her and treat her with respect no matter what.
It come down to this: Would you rather be happy, or right?
If you are mature and wise, you Will choose happiness and just kill her with niceness. Nobody says you have to like her, but you do owe her some respect.
She is you father's wife. Keep repeating that to yourself until you understand exactly what it means.

She could be jealous of you. If you live with your Dad and her, do not stoop to her level. Be polite, etc......that will get
her goat!!! Even if you do not live with them. Truly, she will not
know what to do.
If it is bad, I do not know your age, I would speak with your age, and just tell him the truth. Remember, he married her, and may love her. However, blood is thicker. You can always get another wife, but not another son like you.

It depends, do you live with them? If you do, it might be kind of hard to avoid her. If you don't ask your dad to visit with you by himself. He might not agree but you can ask.

Tell her if she doesn't back off you will tell the authorities she touches you in bad places often.
