neoconservatives and neoliberals are in agreement on the expansion of federal power, free trade, open borders, etc.
Neither cares about the middle class. The neocons care about only the super rich, and the neoliberals only care about exploiting the super poor.
Where they differ is on the Iraq war, and whether or not the upper class should pay higher taxes. But neither stands for what old-school conservatives and liberals stand for, which is less government intrusion, less taxes, and less entitlements.

The difference between current leadership liberals and conservatives is none. They all seem to be looking at all issues, from what can we do. Sometimes it's better to think before doing. Right now the next leadership needs to stand back and correct whats wrong or do nothing the political edge is sharper than an ice skaters blade. ANYTHING CAN MAKE IT TOPPLE. I'm backing Fred Thompson I knew him and I know him. He is a true patriot out to help his country and his fellow Americans. Think about it, why would he put himself "out there" if not for the common good. And who the heck is Ron Paul?

Conservatives have self belief interior the strengths of persons, no longer feeding the weaknesses. Conservatives have self belief in classic family members values. Conservatives have morals, and a feeling of normal decency. great question, action picture star time!

No.
The biggest difference between Liberal leadership and Neocons, (there are no actual Conservatives in Leadership positions these days,) is that Liberals actually have a residual sense of shame.
Neocons are utterly devoid of shame or conscience. It's Sociopathy masquerading as Political Philosophy.

And there is the possiblity that parenthood will be declared illegal, as child rearing will be taken over by the villages.

No. It goes far beyond that. Today's conservative is not conservative. I'm an old time conservative who is concerned about fiscal issues.

That sums it up quite equitably.
We could change that situation by getting Ron Paul into office, then there would be a stark difference between right and left (or right and wrong).
