Hi, about the surgery let me try to explain. Look in the mirror find your nipple. What is going to happen is the doctor will cut around your Ariela, make a cut like a cross. Remove some fat tissue from inside and then replace the ariela and nipple. As you heel you will have a cut straight down from the nipple to under the breast which will be there for a while. So really think if want to do it. If had kids already etc. really think about it. The scar will become more transparent with time. there is a website that is makemeheel you can go register and see all kind of pictures.

A G and age 12?
You could complain about back pain and other health issues to your doctor and see what they say, you could be a candidate for a breast reduction (it includes a lift) and it can be covered by insurance 100%.
They do not usually operate on someone under 18 but there are exceptions!
Check out http://www.breasthealthonline.com
I was huge as a kid as well, got a reduction at age 32 and do not regret it one bit!

Breasts lifts work better in smaller breasted women. It might be in your best interest to have a breast reduction first. (Will also spare you of medical issues down the road as you age).
When picking a surgeon, make sure they are repuatable. And ALWAYS seek a 2nd opinion from another place.
Breasts lifts are painful and take some time to heal. As well you can lose pleasant sensation after surgery.
E-mail me if you have more questions and I can pass along some sites to you with information on the surgery.

You could be looking at saying goodbye to at least £3.000. But if your unhappy with your appearance, then go ahead, save or take out a loan, and get them done. It's an important part of a woman, especially at your age, and it could knock your confidence down. Have you tried really good bra's? Ones that have the under wire in them, plus they push you up and shove you together. At the end of the day its all in your mind - you have the ideal picture in your head of what breasts should look like, but again its magazines making us all think that if we don't look a certain way we're not perfect. Whereas from a fellows point of view, its the way they feel, not how they look, and I am sure you could save yourself both the time and money by investing in good bra's to get a good look. Implants I am told feel horrible to a guy, so who would you be doing it for really, yourself and the way you look, or to attract the opposite sex more? Anyway good luck in what you decide, but there are some fantastic underwear garments on the market these days, and I am sure you would look stunning in them - plus be and feel more real. Hey, I kinda have the same problem... I'm 5ft all and wear a 34DD and i feel the same way. I dont really have an answer to your question, but i checked it out to see if anyone gave you good advice, and they didnt! Dont listen to closed minded people, they just dont stand what we're talking about. I wish you the best of luck, and just follow your heart.
