reload the drivers for it if that dont work get another drive..

it clicks because its trying to read the disk. more then likely the reader is shot and time to get a new drive.

Its probably the motor for the lens you can get it replaced but its probably right to get a new one.

if theres somthing physically making noise its probably time fer a new one ..
