i cant delete the file que in my printer. I tried cancelling the que but it doesnt work, i also went to control panel > Printer and faxes and tried to cancel the que from there.. that didnt work either, is there any other way i can delete the que in my printer?

sounds like you have a error in your que
the essiest way to fix is to disconnect the printer
go into control panel and delete the printer
plug printer back in and let windows reinstall the diver for your printer

This has worked for me before...Open the Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Del), go to the Processes tab, find 'spoolsv' process and End Task, then restart the computer and make sure 'spoolsv' is running again. If that doesn't work, and the cancel / delete / purge command (whatever your printer uses) doesn't work, then I honestly don't know.

no, theres no way u can delete the file que in your printer. btw, wat kind of printer do you have?
