well, if you end up in rehab enough, jail is usually the next stop. so i say jail is the rehab for rehab.

yes, then you would have to go to rehab for your rehab addiction but it wouldnt really help since you would just want to stay there longer. so there isnt really a solution for rehab addiction. hope this helped! lol
