I was watching re-runs of Sex and The City and they were saying you have two great loves in your life. I thought it was an interesting question... any takes on that?

Sure you can have two great loves. You could meet your first love at a time when neither of you are ready to get married, commit, etc. So you may end up marrying someone who you love very much later on, but there could always be this person out there that you wonder what if about. That's not to say love one more than the other but it's human nature to think about how your life could have ended up if you went through door number one.

I think some people have two great loves. Others have one. Sadly, some have none. Yet others have three, or four... I don't think there's any limit to the number of times you can fall deeply in love. We are restricted only the time we are exclusive with one of our great loves.
Now, there are also not-so-great loves, but that's another question...

There are way more than 2 in your life. Having two great lovers at one time though is not to be passed up.
