I like a Pisces guy.
His moon sign is Aquarius.
don't know his rising.

With Scorpio rising that puts his sun likely in your 4th or 5th house, both of which would attract you. If his moon is in your 5th house, that likewise would hold some appeal. In other words, there are definitely elements of physical and sexual attraction, perhaps some idea of domestic possibilities (placement of his planets in your 4th house).
Your moon in a sign opposing his sun's together with how his moon placement plays *in general* with your sun/moon/asc holds the promise of friction and tension that will test any relationship you attempt, once the romance and magic have the "new" rubbed off.

Cap and a Pisces is good B rating
your moon signs is so so C+
You rising scorpio matches well with his sun pisces B
So over all I would give you both a B or a 7 out of 10 compatibility rating.

If I was you I would stick to Earth and Water signs and try to stay away from Fire and Air signs. His moon in Aquarius is fine since Saturn rules both Aquarius and Capricorn. And with your moon in Virgo which is his sun Polar opposite this is a good connection. This is a sign for a very intense love affair/friendship(of course I would have to see both of you guys charts to know for sure).I will also like to note that on an emotional level you guys might not see eye to eye. Only because he has an more intellectual approach to his feelings and you have a more emotional approach to yours. But I will say with your Scorpio rising you might be kind of controlling something that an Aquarius moon might not like too much, but I believe any relationship can work if you both want it to.
