I need to find the full version that i can save for free to my memory card and put on my boyfriends laptop.

The only "Liebestraum" I know of is a piano piece by Franz List.

Since his music is still very much under copyright, you will not find any recordings that you can download for free -- at least legally. If you do, that's your business, but keep in mind that it is larceny.
