" I'm stressed" " It's hormones" "my boss is mean" "I have big bones" and so many more,
They're all B.S. there is a simple scientific fact that if you burn the same amount of calories you consume, your weight stays the same.
Has anyone ever heard a woman say "I'm fat simply because I eat too damn much". ?.

Well, aren't you just a lovely guy. Genetics play as large a part in a person's weight as what they eat. I have a friend who has the healthiest of eating and life style habits and she will probably always wear a size 14. What is your problem with fat people? Do you have any negative attributes?

Some women do complain a lot and use excuses . I personally gained weight ion steroids , due to a lung disease ,and have been fighting the battle for five years . It is very hard , but I watch what I eat and exercises . I love the women who are over 300 pounds and say I just had a baby and can't lose it ,, the baby is 5 years old , what cha doing ! To all those women who DON"T have a legitimate excuse (and don't blame pregnancy ) Push that plate away , , park further away from the stores , don't order at the drive through , and start EXERCISING . I have dropped 25 pounds and it is the hardest , the steroids really put a number on me ... Lungs are still damaged and the pills ruined my stomach , raised my blood pressure and actually did more damage than good .......

I would consider myself to be chubby, not excessively fat. I could lose weight in my stomach and breasts, however, I do say that I am fat because I eat too much sugar. Also, I have PCOS which is a hormonal problem and it causes insulin resistance. That alone causes me to gain weight and with my excessive intake of sugar that doesn't make it any better. But I am a living witness that hormones and stress DO cause women to gain weight. Really, it can cause ANYBODY to gain weight.

Everybody's situation is different. You don't know why they're fat so for you to sit and say what you're saying is wrong in my opinion. It is not BS that people are fat. Some people have thyroid problems, they have a hormone inbalance, they have fibroids, ovarian cysts, etc. Some people really can't help being fat. Some can. It's not as cut as dry as eating so many calories and burning that many calories for some people. Everybody's body is different and everybody's metabolism is different.

Fire 4511 said it all! Women come in all lovely shapes and sizes!!!

I have put on weight since I have had my son 2 years ago. And my biggest mistake was I stopped working out 3 years ago. I am here to say, that you are a complete JERK!!! Because I know what I weighed in High school, and I know as I've gotten older it is harder to loose the weight. When I was working out, I worked out 3 days a week and then jumped it up to 5 days a week. I lost a lot of weight, but you know what? I NEVER NEVER got down to the size I was in High School! These women who have 3 and 4 kids who are skinny and look great, let me tell you something, they are blessed with GENETICS!!!!!!!! Even women who are fit before they have a baby, still HAVE to loose weight! Hell, most of them gained like 65 lbs like Melissa Ethridge did and I only gained 18 with my first and lost 4lbs with my 2nd.

And that is all I am going to say. The person that wrote this is probably a bald or balding pot bellied fool!!

Good luck finding that beautiful Barbie Doll with a black heart.

I do eat more than I should. I'll admit it. I also had surgery to have my thyroid removed this past April, I had cancerous nodules on it. I don't exercise too much because since my thyroid surgery I don't have any energy. I have to go to work and after that I'm too tired and worn out. Sorry, I'll just have to stay overweight until my meds start working right. Since my husband loves me no matter what. I really don't care what you have to say.

Yes actually, its been said by many women before. You're just ranting about the ones that are not being honest.
What they don't need is some jackass being abrupt about it and rude.
You don't know what a person is going through personally or mentally to even try to judge their own truth.
Can you be honest with other people concerning your own hang-ups.
When is the last time you just hung around with your friends and said "Hey, I don't know if you guys know this but, I'm an ugly jerk"

I am fat because I have been ill and on medication. I have now lost 80 pounds, had a hip and knee replaced, and hope to lose more weight as I become more mobile. Because I was unable to exercise I gained the weight, and I have never, ever overeaten! I know that I am trying to sort my problem out. What are you doing to sort yours out?

it's just a way for people to rationalize how they've lived there life. vary rarely will you ever hear a person say that they are the way they are because of the life choices they have made. I know a lot of hot, I mean, HOT women who have had 2, 3, even 4 or more kids. it's hard work, but it can be done. you just have to put your mind to it.

Yeah, Actually I have...and almost all fat people know that's why they are fat (with rare medical exception) and I've said it about myself every time I put on a few pounds (and I was obese many years ago, I knew exactly why...more consumed than burned)

So what's your question re: Marriage & Divorce?

Who cares what excuses fat people give...if they want not to be fat, they'll find a way. Otherwise, it's no one else's biz.
