Good question,
I believe both clintons are involved heavily in shady circles ranging from wallstreet to washington. I don't believe either one is/was cut out to be a good leader because of how corrupt both of them are. Hillary for example has taken more lobbiest money then many Democrat politicians combined(I'll see if I can find the source). I personally believe that if she is elected very little will change in our country which in my opinion is a very, very bad thing. We may have our troops come home but progress will end there if she is elected because she is a puppet of big-corperate america. I believe that democrats and republicans need to voice rejection of Clinton before our country if forced to be the same corrupt mess that it currently is right now.
And part of this corruption has to do with NAFTA and those other projects you mentioned; it is all for capital gain.

Clinton did actually vetoed some pork spending bills and left us a budget surplus. He also helped make America respected around the world.
All that is gone now. I'd take him back in a moment.
And Hillary will do the same...make us all proud to be Americans again.

Kelly, sometimes I completely disagree with every word in one of your questions - this is definitely not one of those times!
I honestly can't understand why *anyone* would want to go back to the Clinton years. Polls are far more important that beliefs and values, the White House was turned into a hotel (and a brothel, frankly).....
I distrust Hillary even more than I do Bill - and she sure as hell doesn't have Bill's charm.

Clinton failed his party when he committed adultery in an era when the media glare is on a President unlike any other time in history. He was arrogant to do so.
In the 30's, at the onset of the great depression, Hoover enacted a bill that produced great tariffs on imported goods. As a reaction, other nations raised their tariffs on American goods, it was a mistake that led to furthering the decline of real prices, which, of course, led to greater economic declines in the USA. Hoover did this to protect the American worker.
We live now in a world economy and it is moving ahead rapidly. NAFTA was a learning experience, now, in hindsight, but, Clinton was correct in passing the treaty. We need to concentrate on education for our young to face the new economic dynamic of our day, not, to create protectionist policies that will only serve to decline America's economic might and goals for her people.

Bill did make a huge mistake with NAFTA. However, one can't ignore the brilliance of his leadership due to that.
That being said I wouldn't trust Hillary with a napkin let alone the USA.
