every time i give my bearded dragon a mouse it always go for the head first and crushes it then it swallows it does this happen with anyone else

Most experts frown on feeding mice. They are too fatty and pose an impaction risk. Not necessary from a nutritional standpoint.

no, i have never given my beardie a mouse...first of all, they are to fatty, second if the mouse is to big it can cause big problems with digestion, and if you are feeding live mice there is also a chance it (the mouse) can injur your beardie while he is trying to kill it!!! i am against giving beardies mice altogether, but to each his own i suppose!!!
