I have blonde hair to my shoulders with layers and can be turned into anything. i and tan and cant beanything tooo revealing and it can be short but not show my butt. any ideas. i have NO BUDGET on my halloween and if you can get the makeup and stuff that wouild be great. Well juyst about everything has been done for halloween. You could be a country girl though that is not really popular at all! Or you could be a Izzy from Greys Anatomy I have never seen one of those. Be orignial. You could also be Buffy the Vampire Slayer too not common at all!

Don't be slutty, it's too overrated on Halloween. Go with your friends and maybe decide on a trend. Like everyone has to be a superhero or an animal. It is so much more fun when you go with friends and you all look ridiculous.
