Noooooo ! It was in when I was a teen - a long time ago.
But you could try reviving it if you want.

I think it refers to some Audrey Hepburn movie in the 50's or 60's or something. In the movie, a fashion designer/public relations director changed her office, and clothing line to pink, and it became a really popular/trendy thing. I don't recommend using that phrase though, unlesss you were at a Breast Cancer Awareness event or Mary Kay cosmetics convention.
