If you've never really kissed someone, that's a pretty big leap to be making out with someone...
Nibble lips. With your lips. With your teeth. Don't use too much tongue. Try brushing your lips slowly across. Deep kisses are fine once you've warmed up, but let the other person kind of lead the way. I can't think of one person who likes to be lapped like a dog or have a tongue shoved down his or her throat. Don't get real grabby unless lead in that direction. Enjoy the ride.

I know this doesn't really answer your question, but describing how to kiss isn't something really too explainable. It's something that you feel and just go with it. Everyone kisses differently. I know I was nervous for my first time making out with someone because I felt like they'd think I didn't know what I was doing ha. I'm pretty sure everyone feels that way though and after everyone does it they usually just say that it's just kind of instinct what to do and they just "go with the flow". Go watch a movie that has people kissing in it or something haha.

Start by sitting by the person, putting your arm around them, and a gentle kiss on the cheek or lips. Nature will take over from there.
But if you have to ask strangers, you are definitely NOT ready to makeout.
