I've heard that sperm dies within 2 days, and a males body need to get rid of it, so he either has a wet dream or masturbates. Either way, the body gets rid of ti one of those ways. Is this true??

Yes it is true, in part! Males produce millions of sperm cells everyday.
If these cells are not used, (sex or masturbation), they can be reabsorbed into the body or excreted during a "wet dream". Also, excess seminal fluid is sometimes released through the penis during deification. The force being used to defecate is also applied against the prostrate gland and forces out any excess fluid.
A guy does not necessarily have to masturbate, have sex or a wet dream, but as Dr.Drew (Loveline) says, "...one way or another, it's going to come out!".
By the way, a mans body does not store sperm indefinitely until it is used, it is constantly being made and replaced, either being released or reabsorbed along the way.

Sperm cells are made in the testes; it takes about 72 days to produce a sperm cell. The temperature in the testes is about four degrees below body temperature; that's why they hang outside the body. The scrotum containing the testes helps maintain this temperature by raising or lowering the testicles (in and out of the body cavity) depending on the outside temperature.
Over the course of a man's lifetime, his testes will produce more than 12 trillion sperm.
If a sperm cell is not ejaculated (along with the ejaculate), it dies and is absorbed into the host body.

not true, not true not true, half truths are always confusing. Sperm does not die causing you to wax the ol turnip. It's when your body is ready to produce more, or is overstocked that you need to have a liquidation sale (pun def intended)
if it goes on too long your balls get swollen and will pop. just kidding. If you don't get rid of it the fun way, your body will when you sleep. so why fart and waste it when you can burp and taste it?

I once had a skin infection and had to go without any stimulation for 6 weeks. My body wasn't getting rid of any sperm by itself. It took manual relief to get it out after 6 weeks. It shot out like a cannon.

NO this is not at all true. Sperm lives as long as it is inside the body. It dies if it's outside the body and doesn't go inside a female.

yes, that true, most sperm only live up to 72 hours. Best thing to talk your doctor, tell them what you told us.

no! lol men can store sperm for as long as they want. but some people do have wet dreams and they dont know theyve had one untill the morning. thats why if guys dont **** for ages and then after a while they **** the orgasm is amaizing. :)
