The first choice you can always wear a headband around your third nipple to keep it concealed, so that only those you WANT milking it can have access to it. :P

The third nipple thing definitely! At least you'd be able to cover it up somehow or maybe just scrape copious amounts of make-up on it with a shovel! But the smell thing, nooooo... it'd turn you in to a complete outcast and that's HORRIBLE MOMMA IT'S HORRIBLE!!! yoink!
