Hi,
Sadly I ordered my new lease on life on the internet and it still hasn’t arrived! After-sales Service seems non-existent as even though the lease was guaranteed against defects, it wasn’t guaranteed against failing to be delivered. The Manufacturer took no responsibility for the goods or for any false product specifications. Manufacturer refuses to be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Buyer arising from failure to meet estimated delivery date. I'm still waiting! So instead of buying a new lease on life, next time I’m just going to create one for myself!

I didn't take the lease route. The lease holds you to a lot of social garbage as part of the lease contact. A mortgage on life just didn't seem right either. Who wants the financial costs of THAT.

Try a free-hold on life or rent.

When it no longer meets your needs, move to the next unit and find a life that is in your price range.

Whatever do you mean?
I brought pale moths of Summer, painted a violet ceiling so delicate it had the fragrance of lavender, silver feathers, birch leaves & sweet wild onions.
I have no need for updates or quality care.

No, but what a great question. I suppose I'll have to provide that for myself.

Addition: I LOVE Valac Gypsy's answer!
