And if so, please cite references. I'm talking about physical science- not subjective "I just know I am" "proof". Like genetics, for example.

Why would anyone choose to be gay? 'Cuz it feels good in the nether-regions. This conquers all. Men work for sex. Desire can make seven years seem of hard work seem like only a few days of hard work. Were y'all born yesterday?

Science isn't in the business of proof. But there are strong case studies performed by psychologists suggesting that people can be predisposed to homosexuality and that their feelings of attraction to members of the same sex are involuntary. This would help to explain the fact that many homosexuals hide the fact that they are gay, it would explain why homosexuals can often have psychological disorders such as depression, and it also explains the higher rates of suicide among homosexuals. Homosexuality is not a choice. Considering the usual response from the general public and from their family members, what sane person would choose to be gay. And to any person who thinks it's a choice, I invite you to make the choice just once. See if you can really voluntarily be gay.

No, not quite yet.
But think about it. Why would anyone honestly 'choose' to be gay? They may have later in life (supposedly) but I think it just means that quality has been in them, but suppressed until they experienced and/or realized they were gay. I think it's genetics. I'm not gay, but I know gay people live hard lives. Kids as young as 5 or less display 'gay' traits. How could they choose to be gay by themselves?
Just saying.

none... these days, you can see many people are homosexual. it is because of their environment on how they were treated. it is not because they were born naturally like that. for example when a boy has many sisters and he is also treated like a girl, there would also be a possibility that he may be a homosexual. but still, it depends on himself if he chooses to be a homosexual or not.

so being a homosexual is NURTURE and NOT NATURE^^

not totally sure, but someone told me that he studied "overseas" that it was linked to becoming pregnant when a woman is on her period... or shortly thereafter.

not sure how true that is... but it's a thought.
