If there are standards for engine mounts, I can imagine doing engine swaps between certain types of engines for a particular model would be much easier than if you have to fabricate new mounts for every engine swap that is to be performed.

If a chassis is designed to accept different sized engines like an inline six and a small block V-8 and a big block V-8 or maybe even a V-10, the only thing you typically have to do is move a mounting bracket that is bolted to the frame forward or backwards and of course buy the right engine mount (rubber and steel thingy) that bolts to the frame bracket and engine.

There are many engine mounts that are sold after market and at most auto parts stores.

Rocks are 3 categories of rocks, metamorphic, igneous, and sedimentary. each and each rock is created in a various way and is going by way of diverse geologic cycles. shall we use sedimentary rocks to respond to this question. Sandstone is a sedimentary rock meaning that when sediments settle in a definite section they are glued which comprise some form of substrate. After the rock is shaped weathering, compression, or many different approaches can ensue to it. If a splash the sandstone is eroded for an prolonged quantity of time small pebbles must be the only stay of the rock yet while an earthquake happens and breaks the rock right into some super products then the rocks would be lots bigger. What all of it comes all the way down to is what geologic technique (folding, compression, etc) the rocks are uncovered to of their lifetime. The older the rock is the greater weathering it endures and the smaller it turns into.

There are no standards.

The manufacturers don't want there to be. They want you to buy their stuff.

There are kits to do certain swaps.

Good luck.
