are you sure he rewrote it? different editions were published, but i dont know of any of them that were revised editions,
it has been published:
as a hard back, as a paper back, as part of the Pacific Writers Series,
in 1994 combined with Whanau
in 2005, a book titled The Rope of Man included Tangi and its sequel Return,
