this man from my home town in louisiana got off free from raping my 2 two year old granddaughters why ,the laws in deridder la,would not do nothing to him,please tell me what i can do to get him looked up for life,

Obviously that is wrong, and he ought to have been punished. But, I'm sure, (as always), his lawyer found a good loophole, like they do, and the case was thrown out.
The law does not always protect people perfectly... far from it in fact.
And dime to a dollar, I'll bet that 2 year old girl will probably grow up to face the wrong side of the law herself, maybe incarcerated for a joint, or a traffic violation, while a killer gets paroled, or even let off on a technicality.

Let me start off by saying im very sorry to hear about that... This is INJUSTICE at its worst.
Have you appealed against this, Because any normal Judge in ENGLAND would put him away.
Unless did he claim mental unstability? Did his lawyer make out he wasnt all the ticket?
Because far too often now people seem to use that to not go to jail for murder.
You could frame him for murder??? or Shoot him in self defence in your home!
This post might ruin your chances of getting away with it, but its an idea! How about paying a contractor... if you know what i mean? An Head for an Eye! Its supprisingly cheap to have someone disposed of really!

You can hire your own private investigator, Or talk to some attorneys about the case. They can reopen the case, as I feel they should. I agree with another answer, He does DESERVE to be shot!
I do believe that KARMA catches up with everyone.
If he doesn't get what he deserves on earth, Someone else will make him pay.

Wow,that is totally unbelievable.I would say a good start would be county social sevices.If local authorities are lame then social services can force an investigation.Woman's groups and local media.If what your saying is truethfull I would protest till heard across this land.A good example of preditor !!

You haven't given us enough information here to effectively help you. I don't know of any place that does not protect children with their laws. If their is some injustice here, you may have to appeal this case. Meanwhile your family needs counseling. This would be a horrendous crime and would cause trauma to concerned individuals.

i am very sorry for this poor baby!! this should never happen to any child it makes me very angry and he is free to do that or worse to other children.there is no cure for these monsters.they belong in prison for life or they deserve death and that is the plain and simple truth!!!the only thing you can do is make sure he stays registered on the sex offenders registry and you can find out where he lives and warn the people who live there by passing out fliers with his name and photo.make sure he does not live near children or where children hang out like schools,parks,playgrounds etc., if he fails to register he can be arrested if he is loitering around children or places where children are at he may be arrested.GOD bless you and your baby granddaughter!!!

talk to several lawyers bout any options.
Many will charge a set amount for a consultation.
try to get a child abuse organization involved, it's good for their pub;icity. Also try getting local/state politicians involved for same publicity incentive.
Parent need to mind better who's coming near their kids/watch kids better.

why do alot of men get away with it full stop...a mugger gets more time than what a rapist does or even a shop lifter....the law is all wrong now days and needs to be sorted out....there are alot of sick people that get away with alot of things....its as if your face fits you get let off lightly!!!
