Yes, I Have been Hearing More about that Lately, Here in Fla. too. In fact, My daughter ask a checker one day about it. She replied "Well, they do come around every 2 weeks and Give us a $20.00 Bonus For commissions." > But lots of Employees are very Un-happy working here." She would not Volunteer any more.
This was a big Super-Center Walmart that had just Opened in The Bay Area, ... Personally, do not like to shop there......Seems like they Never Have what You Need. AS BIG AS IT IS..! Oh well, Can't Please everyone.

walmart is suposed to be happy because on all their commercials you see all the employees smiling and happy but in real life these people are working for probably around minimum wage and probably anyone can get a job there cuz i have seen old guys, teens, the whole 9 yards working there, and its not just at wal mart but at other superstores especially sams club is even worse, because any register you go to you get some one that is angry, obviously does not want to be there, glaring at you, or just really doesnt care about anything else

I've heard that the employees are not treated right
and that they are very underpaid. But, sometimes
that might be the only job available, if you come from
a small town like ours and no transportation.

Unhappy indeed, my friends daughter worked there, they are over worked and very VERY underpaid. You get a job there, you spend a long time recovering emotionally.
