It's been ages since I've seen a "good employer". I swear way too many major in "a-h...101". Right now there's 1000's waiting for your job so the need to be civil is no longer necessary. We are all disposable.

Classic supply versus demand. Economics. At this moment in history it is an employers market. Consumer confidence is way down. Spending is down, the only way for a corporation to turn a profit is to offer the best pricing possible on their goods and services. That means hiring cheaper labor. Quality suffers, but it is the only way to remain competitive in this market. They are lowering profit margins and costs to increasing sales to maintain gross profit.
We are all having similar issues. It's hard today.

Haven't you listened to the Republican chant since 1980? "GREED IS GOOD !" If you don't like a job, just leave and get another miserable job. We'll always get another sucker to take tour place at a lower wage and benefits. Grow up ! The rich get richer and the poor get poorer. This is the legacy of ReaGUNomics, my friend.
