Coat with fur ball medicine. Then after the cat puts the phone down and cleans her/his paws...they will gack so much they will be too 'shy' to answer it anymore...
um...ya might want to keep some cleaner near by and DON'T forget it's coated. Don't want the cat to be howling with laughter watching you doing the 'gacking'

get a different ring tone, the meow mix song is what is drawing her in, in the first place, and stop dipping the phone in tuna fish, at night.
