i dont think they made a four wheeler with a 1500 motor that would be kinda scary and its only a one cylinder

if it is 1500cm3, then it is 1500 cc's. cm3 is cubic centimeters. if it's a quad i doubt it's 1500, like the other guy said, it's probably 150 cm3.

Most likely 150cc
cm3 is centimeters cubed -or- cubic centemeters (cc)
It probably has an extra 0 thrown in for good luck.

1500cm3 is not the size of the engine but rather the quantity of oil that goes in the crankcase. Hence you would add 1500cc of new oil when changing it.
