I don't know where Mary gets her info. We do NOT soak the fries in milk. There are so many myths surrounding Mc Donald's it is ridiculous! YES our burger are 100% USDA inspected BEEF. Also the price depends on the area you live in. I work at a Mc Donald's in Washington state and ours with tax is $2.05.

$1.95 after taxes. I'd rather get a McChicken no lettuce extra mayo and a Double Hamburger no onion extra ketchup and pickle for $2.13.
