Finally someone who thinks.
Paranoia is the higher form a awareness~ Charles Manson
I know Manson was crazy as hell put he was right. You can never be sure of anything. Question everything know matter what it is. An example is the news. No one should believe no more than have the news because people change it to fit the needs of others. Lies generally run the world. Knowing the truth is extremely dangerous, especially to the masses. The great philosopher Socrates questioned everything about his culture and tried to find the truth in everything. For this he was killed. History itself is just a bunch of events agreed upon by men.
What Im trying to say is that you can be sure of nothing in this world unless you see it for yourself. Be open to every side of a story and maybe on day you'll find the truth in all things.

we are basically lazy and leave the thinking to others who take advantage of our apathy . Watergate was the turning point for me - l now question everything and look to see who actually gains by making us believe what they tell us. Global warming is another scam -yes, the Earth is getting warmer - it always has - it will do so whether humans exist or not. however, it is good for government to go on about the carbon footprint [although this has little effect on GW] so they can curb our use of oil etc . We are continually being conned and manipulated and will be so as long as we act like sheep!

We live every day (or rather every night) in the world of myth and illusion. All our dreams are supposed to be grounded in the world of symbolism - and what is symbolism but the stuff myths and illusions are made of.

Reality is not in illusion
Reality is not in myths
The myth is the illusion, they are dramas played out by the mind.
It is all an illusion
Anything is possible,
if anything can change then everything can change and nothing is binding in the first instance.

We all can conceptualize reality. The issue comes from the "meaning" that we attach to reality.
Some people can be manipulated more easily. If you are greedy and want money, then I know how to market to you.
If you are needy or lustful, I know how to market to you.
If you are selfish or insecure, I know how to market to you.
PR tricks are only possible because we maintain beliefs and characteristics. Some one who resolves jealousy or greed in their life, for example, will not be taken in by the best, slickest or most expensive advertising campaign.

What I don't like is how easy it is to manipulate and create fake photographs. I refuse to believe anything I see on a photograph, because of photoshop hacks.
Journalists and so-called "reputable" magazines are doctoring photographs CONSTANTLY - sometimes in rather harmless ways, but many times in harmful or misleading ways. I can guarentee that every magazine in print has at least one doctored photograph, and possibly all of them are.
It's disgusting, and should be outlawed.

Well, the best way to know BS is to study BS, that way it is easily identified, and can be sorted and separated from what is actually real!
