The coyote is the predator and raccoon is the prey.

Since turkeys have very little sense of smell, I would guess not. Now if you put out some coyote urine and a big sign that flapped in the breeze saying "Coyote Urine" it might keep them away.

It's called territorial pissings. If a coyote pissed in that area, it means it's their turf. When it comes down to it, a raccoon would rather not be on a coyote's turf.

it makes the raccoon think there is a coyote near and they want to leave before they get eaten

once a raccoon smells a coyote's urine that means death is ahead so stay far if you want to live

it problably would...although, getting it might be tricky. I bet that if you wait for the coyote to go to sleep and stick it's paw it warm water I think it will make your job easier (get ready to run though)!!! :-)

all animals give distinct smells ...and a Coyote will tear the shiite outta of racoon..so they do not come around.

BUT you may attract coyotes to your yard...

i didn't know that. well looks like you learn something new every day.i'm not sure how one would be able to get coyote urin though.

i guess they can tell it's a predator. Its supposed to keep cats from spraying on things outside, too.
