i live in a apartment how much time does it take to move to a house?

If you get the financing done ahead of time you can close in as little as a couple of weeks. The bank needs to approve you first, then you find the house and they do an appraisal which tells them that the house will be a good bet as the security for the loan and they run the title work to be sure that the person selling the house actually owns it then you are almost good to go. You need to have the house inspected so you know what you're getting and then pack it up to move! I have done then in under two weeks if the buyer is approved!

Depends upon how much stuff you have, how big a vehicle you can get your hands on and how many mates you can convince to help. I've found that plenty of beer often helps -- just don't make it available until the move is done!
