I bought the Sally Hansen brand body wax. I used it and it doesn't appear to work the way I expected. Some hair came off but little. I'm I not using it correctly, I followed all the directions, or is it just a bad product or something else? Has anyone else every sued the product?

I have used products like that before, but it isn't as good as the salon quality waxes. You might want to make sure that the hair you're trying to remove is at least 1/4 inch long before you try to use the wax to remove it, otherwise the wax won't grab the hair as well. When you pull the strip off, make sure you are holding the skin tight with one hand while you pull with the other and pull quickly and as close to your skin as possible. You'll get a feel for a good pull and a not so good one! Hope that is helpful!

I think I used the Sally Hansen facial bleach or wax. It works fine on me. Maybe talk to a person who would know about it, like a dermatologist or something.

Use all-natural waxing stuff! It will work on your legs and you won't be polluting our water supply with more toxins thanks to the chemicals the companies put in wax creams and gels, shaving cream and gel, and soap. I am doing my part in helping keep our water safe by using all-natural beauty and hygiene products. I hope you will too.

ive never used that, but i used the nair wax (they come in rectangular packets and you just rub it with your hands to warm it up) and it worked really well and got off all the hair.

no longer sturdy. it in basic terms pulls out some million/2 the hair and it leaves your dermis sore and aggravated. and its a sticky, soreness interior the assss mess. only pay to have it finished professionally at a salon. its worth it.
