Let's see here.... hmmm....
Well, I think Montata is closer to the north pole than the south. And that would make sense, as it is in North America, so probably the Northern Hemisphere for #1.
Then, okay, the prime meridian runs through England, and the International Dateline runs through the middle of the Pacific Ocean- and Montana is in between those locations, so that makes it easier. Since East or West is dependent upon where you are from the perspective of the collonial English, we are West of the English. And therefore in the Western Hemisphere (#2). Which is nice, 'cause if it were far enough away to be in the Eastern one, it would reside in Yesterday, while the rest of us wile away Today... But we could forcast the news for them fairly accurately, as we would be into Tomorrow once Today caught up with them!

How many points on a line?
How many lines on a plane?
Into how any different hemispheres can you divide a sphere?
The answers above (two) are correct if you use the hemispheres everyone else uses. But if you want to be 100% correct, the answer is there are infinite hemispheres and therefore infinite names for them and no one can answer the question.
