he came to me the other day and told me that he is like so in love with this girl. He described her to me and i think that they would make the prefect couple. only one thing is standing in the way of them getting together. and that is the fact that she is only 16 years old and her dad is my friends boss and my boss. i cant even look my boss in the eyes anymore ever since my friend told me that he loves our boss's daughter. What should I do? i dont want her to get hurt and since my friend is a real player she will sooner or later and if i tell her dad (my boss) then my friend will lose his job and i will lose my friend. Everytime she comes into where we work at she will go right by him and like just touch his back with her hand and keep going. when her father isnt around she smiles at him and he smiles back. he told me that one day, she came into the break room and made sure the door was locked and sit down on his lap and asked him to kiss her.I am afraid that he is playing with fire since she is the boss's 16 year old daughter

i have talked with the boss's daughter and she said that she was the one that started this relationship. and that he said he wasnt going to mess with her since was in fact the boss's 16 year old daughter

Not only could he get fired, he could get put in jail.
What is he thinking? (I know hes not thinking with the right body part).
Talk to your friend and tell him he is playing with fire.

You're in a challenging situation because you are in a position to influence the outcome. Your 23 year old guy friend is in a precarious position because the girl he's playing around with is only 16. On the other hand, the 16 year old lass is "pushing her luck" and hoping to get away with it. You have a choice. You can shut up and let things continue. You can talk more sense into your guy friend to find out what his real objective is. What exactly does he want to prove. Does he care any for his job and maybe his career with the company? Does he just want to get into the boss' daughter's pants? Is he prepared for the consequences? Remember blood is thicker than water so if the 16 year old daughter is to be put in a bad light, rest assured, she will use her "trump" card and your friend could really be in trouble.

This involved an adult and girl over the age of consent. Yes he might be charged with something, even if she was the instigator. Perhaps you can advise him.
Another thing, if he is your friend, why his getting fired would end the friendship? If you are REAL friends, he will continue to be your friend, (even from jail). Depending where you live, prosecutions for these cases vary greatly.
If he's a player, she might think she's the one who started it, but she might have been reacting to his flirtations. You might want to plead ignorance and stay out of it, for this thing will likely blow out very soon!
DISCLAIMER: In many jurisdictions, someone with knowledge of a felony who fails to act is guilty of a crime. A "friend" that "confides" about the commission of a crime, might just have turned you into an accomplice!

Good way to go to lose your job and end up with a poor reference to enable your friend not to find a job in your town again as the boss would be so angry. It could also lead to your friend being imprisoned as the girl is still a minor.
Point it out to both of them and leave it at that, reminding them both that it is their choice.
More than that you can't do.

if hes a player or watever tell him that u dont want him 2 get hurt and u dont want her 2 either plus there dating is almost ilegal. so tell him in a nice way to break it off or tell pamela
