Meal with lots of "baby" themed foods? Baby carrots, baby corn, baby back ribs, things like that?
Give him a present and inside there is a onesie that says "I Love My Daddy"

HI I think a cute idea of telling your husband would be to put the pregnancy test and a baby onsie (that says I love my dad) In a gift bag and see how surprised he will be good luck!!

Make or by a card with Daddy on it and post it to him at work or home.
Fill his car new Baby balloon
Buy a box of his favorite chocs and open them, with a small nozzle icing bag write it on them, one letter each choc! (I worked in a chocolate shop once, its a lot easier then it sounds, it didnt take 5 mins to train new staff to an acceptable level, just hold it like a pen and twist the top with your other hand)

lol on full house rebecca told jesse with a dinner full of baby food lkike baby back ribs and baby corn it was cute I however when I got pregnant with all my kids it was with the depo shot the first time pills the second and an iud inplace the last time so my husbadn never believed me and always made me take another test so the last time i brought him a drs note lol.

I am just kidding, of course. I like the 'baby-themed' dinner idea. If you are artistic, tell him with a song, a poem, a picture, or whatever you can create. I guarantee he will never forget that.

Wrap the test up like a present and give it too him
Or make him a special dinner and kind of sneak it next to him so when he looks down he sees it
Or put a onesie (I love my daddy) or a BIB in bed so when he lifts up the blanket he will see it and then kind of announce it

I took the pregnancy stick and wrapped it up in a box with pink and blue tissue paper. He had a weird look on his face until he saw the stick. Pretty cool. Good luck!!

I always liked how on the tv show full house they did the baby themed foods.I just said "well,Its two lines",he already knew.You could do pictionary to tell him(also full house) I was a big fan, obviously.Get a card from the baby to have him open.Good luck:)

++ Tell him you went to the doctor and you have a virus that will be feeding off of you for 8-9 months, and then the doctor will take action. See how long it takes him to figure it out. ;)
++ Ask him how his day was. If it was a bad day, laugh and say 'Well at least YOU aren't pregnant.' If it was a good day, say 'Oh, my day was interesting. I'm pregnant.'
++ Make his favorite food! put a note next to his silverware that says "I'm pregnant"
