Well I am a bit partial to Maine since I have lived here all but two years of my life. It has the quintessential four seasons. Beautiful warm summers whether inland or Oceanside. The fall season is by far the best season with all the foliage and the cooler but nice sunny weather. Great for hiking, biking or any outdoor activity. The spring is full of the first blooms of the seasons and alive throughout the state with spring fever. And last but not least the winters, the beautiful white winter wonderland winters. It does get cold in the winter but we are a far cry from the Arctic tundra that is for sure. Great for snow shoeing, skiing, snowmobiling and ice skating or even ice fishing, if you like.
Maine is a beauty of a state, overall. There is crime here, where is there not any crime in the world? But its not like the bigger states with bigger cities. One if Maine's slogans is "Maine, the way life should be". It is a beautiful place to live.
