This talks all about what you have done, but nothing about what you want. What do you plan to major in (even if you don't know, do you have a general sense of the kinds of things that interest you)? What kind of setting do you want, urban. suburban, or rural? Would you prefer to be in Northern, Central, or Southern California? At a larger or smaller school? Based on what you've told us, I can guess where you might get in, but that's only half the story. You want to choose a college as much as they choose you.

How is your unweighted GPA higher than your weighted GPA? lol

You're probably eligible through ELC (eligibility in the local context). Try UC Merced, Davis, Irvine, Riverside. UCLA and UC Berkeley are the most difficult to get into but you should try too.

Also, what are your scores for your APs? It should be 3 or higher or else the UCs really won't care.

get your SAT and SATII's a bit higher like around the 700's and you'll have a good chance at LA or Berkeley.
