I was wondering if it would be a good idea to do study abroad for a year in both Spain, and another year in France to learn the languages better?

Oh, very definitely!
The more languages you can speak, the more you are worth in the workplace (to say nothing of being more culturally aware!).
Go for it you lucky person!

Sounds like a good idea, start with Spain first, the language is much easier to learn. French is a little harder and takes a lot more practice.

Maybe start with Spain, the language is easier,
but try to avoid regions where Catalan is often
spoken
