How smug of the people on the left to spout that FOX is not news just because it leans to the right and doesn't support their ideology! Yet claim that the left liberal biased main stream media IS news! It's also funny how they can't discern between opinion shows and actual the news programs on FOX.
FOX, unlike any other news outlet, has both liberal and conservative guests on to DEBATE the given topic. Not just a line up of liberal people commenting like on main stream media outlets.

The 1-hour news broadcast you're referring to is probably produced by your local Fox affiliate, not the Fox network. In the SF Bay Area, the Fox affiliate KTVU does an excellent news show, for example. FNC is totally separate from Fox Entertainment, which in turn is not responsible for local programming done by their affiliate stations.

The ones who hate Fox News just don't understand the difference between rhetoric and facts. And that Fox does not pander to any specific group like the foreign owned Moveon.org, or the NYT, or the BBC. Fox IS fair and balanced. Is there any other news channel?

It's inexplicable how Fox News haters can't understand the term "news analysis". When you listen to Bill O'Reilly or John Kasich, they are giving their analysis of the news. They are sharing their intimate knowledge, experience, and unique insight into current events so we can better understand the story behind the headline.
Fox News haters simply don't grasp this very simple concept.

I understand it very well. That's why I think that FOX News should change its name to "FOX Right-Wing Commentary," or, taking a page from George Orwell's 1984, "The Ministry of Truth." Joseph Goebbel's "The Ministry of Propaganda and Enlightenment" would also be a good name, but it has too many syllables for the average FOX viewer to remember.

My favorite station is fox News!!! I am a die hard con and agree with almost everything i see on this station..Their hard news is hard not biased like all the major networks and public radio!! so they have a right slant on a lot of their programming..but it is fair!!! If you watch and listen with a very open mind you can come to no other conclusion!!! "The spin stops there"

It seems like they don't. Amazing. However we do need to teach the New York Times that politics should not play such a large part in what they report, what they don't report, and how they report. I think that Abu Grahib (sp?) was on the NYT front page for something like 30 days. Sorry guys, it just wasn't that big of a story - unless you have an agenda to make this country look as bad as you possibly can.

Personally I don't like FOX news but I don't bash it any more than any other LIEberal media. They're all the same and I don't watch any of them.
You're a good poster here on these boards but I just don't like the LIEberal media. I've seen way too many lies being told in them.
