It could be Bacterial Vaginosis. You need to see your Dr. If it is BV and is left untreated it could cause you to go into early labor. BV is very common in pregnant women. Go see your Dr. and he/she will put you on antibiotics. Good Luck.

If it has a smell or is itchy then I would start to worry, but same women have an increase discharge through pregnancy. You should always ask your doctor though, better to be safe than sorry.

It could be a type of vaginal infection, I would call your doctor and set up an appointment to find out what is going on, better safe then sorry!

If it's thick and creamy, it could be leukorrhea, a common type of discharge during pregnancy. But get it checked out with your doctor, though.
