it all in the garbage. Items like cards, banks, statues, ornaments, books, etc. I don't think anyone would buy a cat pez dispenser on ebay and it wouldn't be worth the mailing price. What should I do with it all? It's making me sick thinking of trashing it.

Hi, regarding your comment about no freecycle in Wa. state, I know there are lots of groups b/c I used to live there, so I did a search. Don't know why the other link didn't show Washington groups, but here is a list of all the cities that have freecycle in WA:

I really think this is the best solution to your problem. I often use freecycle when I have stuff to get rid of that I know *someone* would appreciate. Good luck!

Donate them, advertise them there are lots of people that collect cat items. Raffel them off and donate the profits to a shelter
