this relates to judging a book by its cover in a way. when people usually look at each other (not in all cases), unfortunately instead of seeing their brother, their sister, their neighbor, a friend, they see fault. they look at the differences and their mistakes instead of common ground and what we can all come together on. if he says tomato, and she says tomoto in each others eyes, they are abnormal, which there is no real definition of being normal since the world is extremely diverse. also, people usually expect the best, so when that somebody messes up, they wait to pick that person apart instead of realizing that we all make mistakes and we are all equal. so basically dominance, faults and mistakes, and different beliefs tear us apart as the human race.

The question reminds me more of those who hold perfectionistic views of the world and would like us to be perfect -- never making an error or a mistake. People who never "cut us some slack" and allow for any oversights or misjudgments that we might make.
The question also reminds me more of those who want and expect us to be like them rather than allow the freedom for us to be ourselves. This could be: do as I do, have my religion, have my political view point, follow my philosophy, etc.

because they like to believe that they are of a being higher than that of human (animal)
..that mindset only proves them even more wrong, as they are feeding into the subconcious instinct that they try so hard to deny.

Because most of us are not. My mate Forest Birdsnest, for example, is half-man, half biscuit. Which perhaps explains some of his eccentric political opinions, and also his aversion to cups of tea.
