I have recently found two different spiders around my house and I'm curious as to if they are dangerous or not. I took pictures of them so if you know what kind of spiders they are and if they are poisonous let me know!
Here are the pictures!

looks like the consensus so far is that I have nothing to worry about...which is good but at the same time hard to believe when these spiders look so gruesome!

I'm backing John R up. You have nothing to worry about with these spiders. They are both in the family of Araneidae, commonly known as orb weavers and garden spiders, and neither of them are poisonous to humans. I'm positive the first one is a Black and Yellow Argiope, just like John said.
FYI: One of the easiest ways to tell if a spider is an orb weaver is by looking at its web. They are the spiders that build the flat, circular webs that pop up everywhere during the summer and autumn. These spiders are not poisonous, so no need to fear them. They make beautiful webs and eat lots of pesty little bugs. Their webs are perfect for Halloween.

Everyone is correct, the first spider id definitely a Yellow and Black Argiope, commonly known as the Common Garden Spider. Although their is nothing common about it and is quite impressive looking. They are quite harmless though and will not bite unless threatened and even then, their venom only causes minor and localized reactions, similar to bee stings and mosquito bites.
The second spider is hard to ID, due to the flash. It looks like a Barn Spider. Remember the book Charlotte's Web, she was a barn spider. Barn Spiders can be quite aggressive and will bite although their venom is not dangerous to humans. They will not actively hunt you down and bite you though. What I mean by this, is that they will not hesitate to bite, should they be threatened or handled. Most spiders will not bite even if you handle them as long as you don't threaten them. Most Barn Spiders are yellow and brown in color.
In short, neither spider's venom is dangerous, and are nothing to be concerned about.
btw, (and I tell everyone this) neither one of these spiders are poisonous, there is no such thing as a poisonous spider, however all spiders are venomous. There is a difference. Look it up!!!!!
Hope this helps!!!!!

The first It is the American garden spider, they will give a nasty bite that leaves a bump and is sore for a while.
I am not sure about the second, but I think it is a barn spider.
They are non venomous.

Yeah - they're both fine:
The first is the familiar Black-and-Yellow Argiope and the second is the equally familiar Sumkinda Orb-weaver (Araneus whatchamacallit).
